We do not take orders by email because we believe that personal contact is absolutely essential for our business. We want to talk with you to find out exactly what your needs and expectations are, so we can help you plan the perfect event.
Remember, preparation is everything. The more we know about your event, the better we will be able to meet all your entertaining needs. Some questions we may ask:
- Where and when?
- How many guests?
- Who are your guests? Business associates? Relatives? Friends from around here? Out-of-town guests? Visitors from Latin America or around the world?
- Do you need plates, utensils, or additional serving pieces? Paper or china?
- Do you want to set up and serve it yourself? Do you want us to set up, serve, and clean up for you?
